StarLoc produce a wide variety of structural Acrylic adhesives that polymerize utilizing many different curing systems to give tough vibration ,chemical ,heat and moisture resistant bonds.

StarLoc Acrylic / methacrylic adhesives are highly resistant against most common chemicals, heat, UV light, moisture etc. and all our Acrylate and methacrylate adhesives have a very wide tolerance of extreme heat or cold ( usually we recommend a range of -40 to +180 deg c , but special products are available, contact us with your requirements! )

All the StarLoc low odour acrylic products are internally toughened using a speciality reactive acrylic or methacrylic polymer that is unique and 100% manufactured in our acrylics plant Nr Runcorn, Cheshire.

Latest generation acrylic / methacrylic adhesives, containing no components with a high vapor pressure ( except product `supacryl-f` ,which contains methyl methacrylate).90% of our range now contain no Acrylic or methacrylic acids and as such have very low toxicity compared to the earlier formulations of acrylic adhesives.

ALL ACRYLIC / METHACRYLATE ADHESIVES ARE AVAILABLE IN TWIN SYRINGE APPLICATORS ( IF APPLCABLE ) OR IN POLY BOTTLE TWIN PACKS / DRUMS IN SIZES UP TO 25 KILO, ACTIVATORS FOR ADHESIVES ARE IN PUMP SPRAY BOTTLES AND BULK.
